Samson and I went on our walk today and this power walking lady and her dog zipped past us. She (the dog) must of been something because Samson (my dog) went crazy. He wanted to follow her so bad. As she passed, all he wanted was a little sniff, a hello, some form of acknowledgment. But the power walking lady and her dog had no time for us. What a disappointment for my little Sammy. He watched her walk down the street, around the corner and out of his life.

It brought me back to High School, and how this scene played out for me so many times during those years.
